All training is provided by an approved driving instructor on a one to one basis.
A guaranteed pass does not exist, we will try our utmost to get you to test standard, however in the unlikely event you do not reach the required standard, we reserve the right to refuse you use of the driving school car for the test.
We reserve the right to change the vehicle, instructor or cancel the course at short notice due to any unforeseen circumstances, in the unlikely event of cancellation, the course will be rescheduled, if only part of your course needs to be cancelled, only the remainder of unused course hours will be rescheduled or refunded.
We cannot be held responsible for tests cancelled by the driving standards agency due to bad weather or illness, etc, as this is beyond our control.
Please check all details of your test booking on the DSA website, as we will not be held responsible for any errors that may prevent you from taking your test. (Please refer to the requirements section on this website)
Please note; if you are late for any part of your course, do not assume this time will be made up, as this may not be possible due to other commitments, however we do make allowances and try to be as flexible as time will allow. Should you elect to leave the course before it has been completed we will not be expected to refund any money.
We are not responsible for any personal property in the training vehicle or at the b&b.
Accommodation where included is bed and breakfast only, it will normally include TV, towels and drink facilities, but we reserve the right to change this in certain circumstances.
If you cancel your course giving more than 28 days notice only the deposit is payable, notice between 14 and 28 days will result in 50% of the course fee being payable, less than 14 days notice the total course fee is payable.
