Is this for you?

DSA research shows that the average pupil usually requires approximately 40-50 hours of professional tuition to reach test standard, however this can vary depending on the type of person you are. Obviously a more confident person, with the capacity to learn quickly is much more likely to need fewer lessons than someone who is very nervous or has a short attention span!

Intensives aren’t always suitable for everyone, generally you need to be able to learn information quickly and whilst under pressure. You will be required to concentrate for long periods of time which can be quite tiring, however your driving skills benefit greatly from continuous daily driving.

With weekly lessons, driving skills can often stagnate and pupils feel by the time they are getting to grips with things that the lesson is over, and by next week they spend the first part of the lesson catching up again.

Residential intensive courses allow you to get away from your normal daily life enabling you to focus entirely on your driving with no distractions, and the main advantage, if you pass, (there is no such thing as a guaranteed pass), is having a full driving license at the end of just one week! Thus making it a faster and more cost effective way to learn to drive.
